At Charmed Xcapes Travel Agency, we want your travel experience to be smooth and enjoyable.

Here’s a quick overview of our Terms & Conditions:

• Our Role: We act as your travel planner and book trips with trusted suppliers like airlines, hotels, and tour companies. We don’t own or control these suppliers.

• Bookings & Payments: Deposits or full payments may be required. Final payment deadlines depend on the supplier. Missing payments could result in cancellation and loss of deposits.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change until confirmed. If there’s an error in pricing, we’ll correct it and give you updated options.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds and penalties are set by the travel suppliers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip.

• Travel Documents: You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and other required documents. We can guide you, but entry requirements must be met by each traveler.

• Liability: We’re not responsible for supplier errors, delays, weather issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is encouraged for added protection.

• Conduct: Travelers must follow supplier rules and regulations during trips.

• Privacy: Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
